As the Director of Brand Strategy at Xena Workwear, I spearheaded the launch of their Influencer Marketing campaigns, building authentic connections with the BRANDS target demographic and driving impactful sales growth.

 

Through our Influencer Marketing initiative, I developed and launched an Affiliate Marketing program that empowered influencers to create authentic, organic content, fostering a deeper connection between consumers and our brand. In less than a year, I successfully onboarded and managed relationships with over 135 influencers and affiliate partners, driving impactful engagement and brand loyalty.
